Coffee Lady’s Kisses

On Valentine's Day, a kiss with coffee is a tasty recipe for a dessert to split in two.


Perfect with a cup of coffee or espresso!


For the cookies:

200 gr flour

50 gr toasted hazelnuts

120 grams soft butter

2 egg yolks

100 grams cane sugar

Half cup of espresso

For the filling:

Dark chocolate 70%

How to prepare them:

In a bowl, mix the sugar with melted butter, then add the yolks.

Beat until smooth and thick.

Mix all the ingredients together until the dough is smooth.

Refrigerate for about an hour.

Heat the oven (non-ventilated) at 180 ° C.

Work the ball-shaped cookies and place the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, slightly spaced apart. Place them on the oven pan. Bake the baci di dama for 10-12 until they are set to the touch and lightly golden.

Let the cookies cool completely before filling.

Prepare the filling.

In a clean, dry bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water (bain-marie), melt the dark chocolate until smooth. Take off the heat and let it cool until it thickens. Put a dollop of chocolate on one cookie and place another one on top.

Refrigerate before serving.
