1. HOW TO BUY, PAYMENTS, SALE CONDITIONS

How can I search for a product?

You can search for a product on our site by browsing the catalog. The catalog is divided into categories for each of which you will be offered a list of the related products. By selecting one of the products, you will see a detailed data sheet containing one or more enlargeable images, price, description, technical information, colors and quantities available.

How can I add a product to my basket?

From the product sheet, choose the quantity and click on the "Add to basket" button.

Do I have to register to buy?

You can also complete the purchase process simply as a guest. In this case, during the purchase process, you will be asked only the data needed for fiscal and administrative formalities and for delivering the product you have chosen.

How can I be sure that I have completed the order correctly?

You will be shown a message notifying you that your order has been successfully sent. In the following hours, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you are registered, you can also access your personal area and check the status of all your orders.

Why should I register on your website?

Registration is not necessary. However, doing so, it will allow you to use the Wishlist in order to save the products of your interest, and you will have a user area where you can see the history of your orders as well as their status.

What payment methods are accepted?

On our site, you are free to choose a payment method that is most suitable for you:

• Account PayPal and credit cards via the PayPal system

• Bank transfer

• COD shipping (only for purchases in Italy) with an additional cost of €4.90 up to a total order of €516.46.

Is it safe to use a credit card on this website?

Purchasing with a credit card on our website is safe because your card details are managed solely by the PayPal system, recognized as the safest payment system among those available on the market today.

Why was my credit card declined?

Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

• the data required for the payment does not coincide with your card

• you have not activated your security code (in fact, some credit cards require an additional security code provided by the bank to confirm the payment)

• the limit of your card has been exceeded

• you may have exceeded the credit limit for the period or the card has expired

Where can I track the status of my orders?

Can I make a purchase for a friend who lives in another country?

You can buy products that are shipped to a country other than the buyer; however, in this case the price of the products will be that of the country of destination.

Can I pay with discount codes?

Of course! You can pay using discount codes or a voucher that is valid and provided by our site. If you have a discount code or voucher, enter the alphanumeric string in the appropriate field, and the final amount will automatically update.

Are the prices on the site included with VAT?

Yes, the prices shown on the site include VAT, where applicable.

2. DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Which shipping company do you use?

The shipping company we use varies depending on the delivery destination. The shipping methods are as follows:

Italy and EU

• Standard Shipping: Delivery is within 3-5 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the destination and quantity of items purchased and are clearly highlighted during the purchase process and then in the order summary.

 

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Your order can be cancelled until our warehouse has started the evasion process, which will be notified by email. If the shipment has already been processed, you can make a return within 14 working days after the delivery of items ordered.

The right of withdrawal can be communicated before the indicated above withdrawal period has expired, by:

We will only accept returned items that are undamaged and in the same state in which it was sold to you, in its original packaging (sealed with shipping adhesives) and addressed to:

We will refund all payments received from the client without delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we received the return by crediting the customer’s bank account. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods; incomplete, defective, damaged, or dirty returned items will not be refunded.

How do I return items to you?

The customer can return any item (without giving any reason) within 10 days of receiving the original order. The right of withdrawal can be communicated before the indicated above withdrawal period has expired, by:

The pick-up by courier will take place after an agreement with Goppion Caffè.

Once the product is returned to the warehouse and meets the requirements made for the acceptance of return listed above, we will contact you to define the procedures for sending the product to exchange.
